I always approach the topic „fashion blogger” cautiously. My reason is that it has a completely different meaning in Hungary, than internationally. I can’t recall anyone from Hungary being so valuable in terms of marketing, to sell anything with his/her face or name. So it’s quite a big deal to be such a huge opinion leader or idol to young generations as the italian Chiara Ferragni.
I think the blogger, who gained worldwide fame and success through her blog within an extremely short time doesn’t have to be introduced to anyone. I’d lie if I said most of the bloggers don’t desire this, however, many of them forget it takes hard work (and luck of course), moreover, domestic market conditions do not necessarily support their dreams. Chiara presented her latest (and second) collection, which, again, offers exciting and characteristic footwear to her followers.
We were witnesses of the invasion of monsters at Chiara’s presentation in the previous season, however, superheroes took the lead this time. Details that are reflecting to strong female figures appear on the shoes, accompanied by a little bit of self-irony. As for the fabrics, we encounter the mixture of patent leather, neoprene and linen.
My opinion is that the so-called multifunctionality is getting more and more popular in fashion business, and is an excellent opportunity to improve a brand. Chiara Ferragni and her team are highly competent, and now we can declare in the second season that if London has Sophia Webster, then Milan has the lovely Chiara Ferragni, who is not afraid of challenges.
